Latest News REDHOT Big Bass Bonanza Friday, June 29, 2018 Raccoon Lake was the site of the REDHOT Big Bass Bonanza that featured four different time slots for a chance to win and an overall top prize of $1,000. This year John Fritz and Jim Miller one the top prize with a fish weighing 5.38 lbs. The total weight winners were Jake Lynch and Jimmy Pell with a total of 13.85 lbs. Fritz and Miller weighed in the big one during the first time slot after catching the fish in the first hour on the crankbait. Having fished the lake many times, they knew this was almost a lock to win the time slot and had a good shot at winning overall big bass. "I really like this format of tournaments and have fished this one before as well as some others. All you have to worry about is getting a big one," he said. The Winners will also receive invites to fish the Lucas Oil Tournament Of Champions!! Held on Kentucky Lake * $10,000 First Place prize Team must acquire 250 or more points fishing USA BASSIN tournaments during the season.
