Latest News Rough River Regional Sunday, October 10, 2010 The regional on Rough River directed by John Newton brought 119 teams. Sponsored by Renegade Marine and Prowler lures the tournament brought in over 20 limits of bass in fact over 98 teams caught fish. The tournament was launched at the State Park Ramp promptly at 6:30 am. Jim Parrott fishing solo was able to capture the top prize with a 14.51 bag of largemouth. Parrott's sack of fish topped the second place team of Humphrey/Rigdon by over 3 lbs. I asked Jim how he fished that day to grab the win and he replied "shallow, I almost always fish shallow". Second place Humphery and Rigdon with a 12.46 limit had the prize of Big Bass at 4.51 lbs Congradulations to all those who are moving on to a Classic.
