Latest News Eastern Tennessee Regional Monday, October 24, 2022 The Eastern Tennessee Regional was held on the 16th of October on Cherokee Lake out of the 5E Bridge Ramp. Taking first was Eddie and Casey Baker with a limit that weighed 12.74 pounds. They also had big bass with a 3.76lb fish. To earn the win, the team stuck to their wheelhouse, which is shallow. "Everyone knows we like to fish shallow and that's how we caught them" said Eddie Baker. "We got some on topwater, some cranking, and some flipping. The bass were eating shad fingerlings in our area and would come up feeding every once in a while before going back down." On the day, they caught approximately nine keeper bass. "The morning bite was decent and we had three by 9:00," he said. "Then there was a lull until around 11:30 and the bite was decent again the rest of the day." Top 5
