KIN-01 Lake Monroe Division

Back when it all began USA Bassin started with a small series on Monroe Lake in Southern Indiana. It only makes sense that our 1st division slated go in the new kayak series would be on none other than Monroe Lake.

With humble beginnings we watched positive growth as the season progressed. Meeting new anglers that were excited about the opportunities with USA Bassin and the Jackson Kayak Trail. The division began to solidify its roots event after event.

As the season ground through all 5 events one angler must always end up on top of the points battle. In the 1st year of the new Jackson Kayak Trail it would be Chad Brock of Bedford, In. Brocks best finishes included a 2nd Place and 2 wins for the Monroe Lake division.

Not only was Chad the division points leader at the end of the season but he became the very 1st USA Bassin member to win a tournament on both the Team Trail and Kayak Trail. A feat that we are sure to see again as anglers across USA Bassin mix it up in season to come.

In closing we say congratulations Chad on a successful season and to Wyatt Gard on your 2nd Place in the division aoy race.
