Latest News East Fork Regional Wednesday, October 25, 2023 The East Fork Regional was held on October 22nd out of the Bantam Ramp and won by the team of James Rebholz and Dan Goforth with a limit weighing 12.08lbs. They reported having a great day, boating 12 keepers and plenty of short fish. Their success came down to finding some good areas in practice and figuring out the correct depth zone the fish were using. "I found a few areas in practice and we went to what I thought was the best area first thing," said Rebholz. "We caught a couple of shorts and then Dan unlocked the day for us. He was fishing the same bait I was, but fishing it a little deeper and caught a 3.5-pound fish and some more shorts." Once they figured out the best depth, they ran other similar areas. "Our pattern was fishing creek arms and we'd start halfway back and fish them all the way to the back," said Rebholz. "The jig was best for the better fish, but we caught some small keepers on a Ned Rig." Top 5
