Latest News Are you having issues with new site? (UPDATED) Thursday, October 20, 2011 We have heard that some people are having issues with our new web site. The following solutions will hopefully fix your problem. Updated: 10/27/2011 The 1st thing you should do is hold down the shift key and then click reload/refresh. This forces your browser to get updated information from any site, including ours. If that doesnt work, the next thing you should do is delete your temporary internet files and your cookies and cache. The temporary internet files are files that your browser creates to help speed up your surfing. They are not important files, hence the name temporary internet files. If you do not know how to delete them, follow one of these links for your browser. If you use a different browser than above, go to the browser's web site to find out more information. Another solution is to update your browser to the latest version. Doing so fixes problems older versions have as well as add new features to make your surfing experience better. The main browsers in use are Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. If you do not have one of these browsers, it's recommended you install one of these.
