2008 Season is Upon Us

As a recap to our very successful 2007, we saw a significant growth in states, divisions, members, sponsors, and the best Classic we have ever had! Thanks to all our hard working directors, sponsors, and members for making this the best year so far!

Looking into the 2008 season, and into the future; there have been many positive benefits added for this year’s season. Due to our overwhelming growth rate and interest into USA Bassin National Team Tournament Trail; we are adding some exciting things for you “The Weekend Anglers”.

We started the 2008 season early this year, with division already going on as fall/winter divisions with the points counted toward the 2008 season.

Also, this year all of you will compete in your local division events to gain your needed 250pts to be eligible for Regional events. At each Regional event the top 40% will qualify for the Classic. The 2008 Classic will be held on KY/Barkley Lakes, May 2 & 3 of 2009.

Note: Regional events and dates have not yet been set. All states will have a close Regional to go to. You will also be able to pick any Regional you wish to compete in, and as many as you choose. Although, you would have to pay in advance for the Regional you wish to fish. Further details will be released in the near future.

Divisional Champions: This is great news for you to try your best to be the best in your division. Divisional Points Champions will receive one (1) Free entry into a Regional event of their choice.

The highest finishing Divisional Champion at each Regional Tournament will be crowned our Regional Points Champion and receive a Free entry into the USA BASSIN Classic. The highest finishing Regional Points Champion at the Classic will be crowned our National Points Champion and receive $1000.00 in cash.

All teams that finish the season with 1500 or more points in the Open Division will receive Free memberships good for the next season.
