Latest News IN-22 Lake Shafer & Lake Freeman Division Tuesday, September 16, 2025 In competitive fishing, hard work and consistency always pay off, and this year was no exception. We saw Josh and Jimmy Middleton take home the title of USA Bassin, Lake Shafer & Lake Freeman Division Champions.
Their consistency and smart fishing helped them crush it all season long, ending with the Division Championship in hand. Right from the first tournament on March 23rd to the last events, they kept their game strong, finishing in the top 10 in all five tournaments. A highlight was on June 8th at the Lake Shafer tournament, where they pulled off a win that really locked in their spot at the top.
The team of Mcalister & Horoho took home the Division Big Bass honors with a 5.28 lb largemouth caught on March 23rd at Lake Shafer.
Congratulations to both teams on their accomplishments and qualifying for the MillerTech Tournament of Champions on Kentucky Lake.
