USA BASSIN Championship Week

This year’s Championship Week will be our biggest yet!! With more way to bring home a new boat or more cash!!! Championship Week will be held on Kentucky Lake and will run from May 1 to May 10 2014. Here is a list of the events planned for that week!!!

All Mailed in Entries must be post marked by April 1. USA BASSIN will accept a VISA or Master Card payment until 8pm April 15, 2014.

$15,000 Uncle Sam Bass
New this year is the $15,000 Uncle Sam Bass Challenge. We have tagged a Bass and released him somewhere on Kentucky or Barkley Lake. Here is how it works:

• Uncle Sam Bass is a tagged fish swimming somewhere in Kentucky or Barkley Lakes.
• Up to $15,000.00 reward for catching Uncle Sam Bass.
• If a winner is achieved payout will be as follows:

1. $10,000 for catching Uncle Sam Bass.
2. $2,500 if caught in a TRACKER or Nitro Boat.
3. $1,250 if angler owns a USA BASSIN Jersey purchased from the USA BASSIN Web Site.
4. $1,250 if angler owns a 2012 or a 2013 USA BASSIN Rod purchased from the USA BASSIN Web Site.

• No USA BASSIN Points needed!! All USA BASSIN Members are welcome to come and try to catch Uncle Sam Bass!!
• Wither your pre-fishing or fishing in one of our Championship Week tournaments you’ll still have a chance to catch Uncle Sam Bass.
• Uncle Sam Bass Challenge will start April 30th at 6:00am and will end May 9th 2:00pm
• Entry fee for the Uncle Sam Bass is $10.00 per team.
• We would like to ask that if you’re only fishing for Uncle Sam Bass, please do not use the Kentucky Dam Marina Ramp. This will leave parking room open for the anglers competing in the tournaments.

TRACKER Cup Tournament:

Our first tournament for the week is the TRACKER Cup. The TRACKER Cup will be Held on Kentucky Lake May 2 & 3, 2014.  All teams that fished a USA BASSIN regional are eligible to fish in the TRACKER Cup. The TRACKER Cup Registration, Pre-tournament Meeting, Ramp and Weigh-in Site are located at the Kentucky Dam Marina. Registration and Pre-Tournament Meeting will start at 4:00pm on Thursday May 1st 2014 at the Kentucky Dan Marina Ramp area. First Place Prize in this event is a TRACKER Pro Team 175 TXW with a 60 ELPT Mercury motor with trailer Valued at $14,995.00

Lucas Oil Tournament of Champions: 

Our second event of the week is the Lucas oil Tournament of Champions!! This event will be held on Kentucky Lake May 6, 2014. The Lucas Oil Registration, Pre-tournament Meeting, Ramp and Weigh-in Site are located at the Kentucky Dam Marina. Registration and Pre-Tournament Meeting will start at 5:00pm on Monday May 5th 2014 at the Kentucky Dan Marina Ramp area. The Lucas Oil Tournament of Champions is a “Free” tournament valued at $15,000 with First Place being a guaranteed $10,000.00 in Cash. The top 10 teams in this event will receive a cash payback. There will be a $10.00 optional Big Bass Pot. (The Big Bass Pot will pay-back 100% of each entry paid)

There is five ways to qualify for this event.

1.      Divisional Champion of any USA BASSIN Division.

2.      Be the highest finishing team from your state, based on total points in the National Standings.

3.      Set a 2013 season record in the National Standings. (Highest Season Weight, Biggest Bass, Highest Winning Weight or the Lowest Winning Weight)

4.      Finish the season with 1000 points or more in the National Standings.

5.      Win a Regional Event.

Nitro Classic: 

 The Nitro Classic will be held May 8th & 9th 2014 on Kentucky Lake. All USA BASSIN Teams that finished a regional event in the top 30% of the field are eligible to fish in the Nitro Classic. The Nitro Classic Registration, Pre-tournament Meeting, Ramp and Weigh-in Site are located at the Kentucky Dam Marina. Registration and Pre-Tournament Meeting will start at 5:00pm on Wednesday May 7th 2014 at the Kentucky Dan Marina Ramp area. First Place prize is a Nitro Z-8 with a mercury 200 L OptiMax Pro XS Motor with Trailer a 33,995 value. Second Place is a Nitro Z-7 with a Mercury 150 L OptiMax Motor with trailer a 24,995 value. Third Place is a Nitro Z-6 with a 115 ELPT OptiMax Motor with trailer a 20,395 value.

$20,000.00 Mystery Bass

The $20,000 Mystery Bass is just one more way to win some big money during the TRACKER Cup and the Nitro Classic. Here how it works:

• Will held on both days of the TRACKER Cup and the Nitro Classic.
• $10.00 of each entry will go to pay for the Mystery Bass.
• The winner will be the first team to match the exact weight of the Mystery Fish. No Ties!!!
• Species of fish: Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass.
• Eligible location: Kentucky / Barkley Lakes, KY & TN.
• If a winner is achieved payout will be as follows:

1.      $10,000 for catching the winning fish

2.      $5,000 if caught in a TRACKER or Nitro Boat

3.      $2,500 if angler owns a USA BASSIN Jersey purchased from the USA BASSIN Web Site.

4.      $2,500 if angler owns a 2012 or a 2013 USA BASSIN Rod purchased from the USA BASSIN Web Site

There is no added cost for this event it is included in the Tracker Cup and Nitro Classic entry
