Latest News Patoka Lake Regional #2![]() Wednesday, September 16, 2015 The Patoka Regional #2 was held a day after the first regional and the top teams who came back for a second chance learned from the previous day and made the right adjustments. Finishing in first place was the team of Jeremy Knepp and BJ Worland who had finished second a day earlier. They weighed a total of 19.72lbs by fishing slightly deeper than the previous day since the conditions had changed from windy to calm overnight. They targeted water between 12-14ft deep and looked for mainlake points for their winning fish. Second place was Charles Hill Jr. and Thomas Tarry who weighed 18.34lbs after not weighing in a fish the day before. Third place was Andy Eaton and Chris Abrell who had 16.43lbs. They finished in 33rd place the day before with three fish for 8.04lbs, but made some changes to upgrade their catch the second time around. “We knew where the fish were, but left them too early o the first day. We caught eight fish and five keepers and it was throughout the day,” said Eaton. They covered water with reaction baits and once they found fish they slowed down and fished the area with bottom baits. Congrats to all of the top finishers. Top 10 Finishers:
