Success! The 2009 USA Bassin Classic

Now that the dust has had time to settle (like there were any dust on this event due the rain) I would like to take this time to thank each and every angler for their dedication and participation to this sport and to USA BASSIN.

At the end of the day you can stand back and look at all the fancy banners, all the fancy fishing shirts being worn by the weigh in team and all the rest of the set up, but that does not tell the whole story, the story began the first day that you the angler fished that first divisional tournament hoping to claim a birth into the National event, your hard work and dedication has paid off, you made it to this event, soaking wet most of the time, but you did indeed make it.

This determination alone is making USA BASSIN what it is today, without you, we would be standing at the weigh in tent alone and wet as usual.

I do hope that our team helped make this 2008 Classic event a very enjoyable weekend for you, it is our dedication to you the angler to strive to make this event better each year, and next year this will be the greatest yet, with pay outs exceeding $100,000.00 you don’t want to miss this one, FOUR teams will take home boats, how about that.

I would also like to thank the USA BASSIN team and all our sponsors for there hard work and dedication in making this event possible as well, these folks have put a lot of time in to make this event run smooth.

In closing if for any reason that our paths should never cross again I hope that I have made an impact on you fishing experience, I have enjoyed all the great conversations and being around all you great people, keep up the great work.
