Shipping & Returns

Delivering on our promise is everything!

At U.S.A. BASSIN, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. Most orders placed before 2pm (Eastern time) are shipped next business day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped in two business days. Rarely, some orders may take an extra day or two to process, but we'll do our best to avoid that.

When your order is shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with tracking information. You can also check the status and tracking information of your order by logging into My Account.

We use US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and size of the package. Shipping charges are determined during checkout. Simply enter your ship-to address during checkout to see shipping options and charges. All orders are shipped from Indiana. We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders delivered to Indiana.

For PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii, orders are shipped via US Postal Service. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses.

Standard 3-6 days

Priority Mail 2-3 days

2-Day 2 days (shipping option only for continental US; no PO Boxes or APO/FPO)

Overnight 1 day (shipping option only for continental US; no PO Boxes or APO/FPO)

* For APO/FPO addresses, transit time is an estimate of when packages will reach the military postal system.

Items returned by carrier

Please verify that the ship-to address is accurate and valid. If your item is refused upon delivery or marked 'Return to Sender' or 'Undeliverable' or something similar, we will notify you by e-mail and refund the purchase price of the item less any shipping charges.

Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!

U.S.A. BASSIN values your business and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.* To begin the process, fill out our Contact Form.

All requests for refunds or exchanges must be initiated using the contact form. You will receive an e-mail notification soon after submitting the online form on the status of your return request. Returns received at our warehouse without an approved return authorization will be shipped back unopened at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in their original condition and include any attached tags, manuals, intact security seals, etc. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. These items also will be returned at the customer's expense.

Did we ship the wrong item or is it defective?

Each order is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy. However, mistakes do happen. If we've inadvertently shipped an incorrect or defective item, please notify us using our contact form and we will immediately ship out your correct order and send a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the incorrect or defective item. All returned items must be shipped back to us within 1 week.
